Not only is this a cookbook, but there is also useful and thought provoking information to read prior to the recipes about how to raise your vibration daily; in mind, body and spirit and attract high vibrational people in your life. Kim is an amazing soul and loves sharing her love for food and food preparation to the world. After reading through the recipes, I am very excited to get started cooking and eating to feel better inside and out. Thank you Kim for creating and sharing this book with us. You are an inspiration!

I love this book! Kim is a beautiful soul. Her book takes us on a food journey, discussing how food affects our total being, and ways to improve mind, body and soul. She shares some wonderful recipes and talks about making small changes to improve our lives and how we feel. I'm definitely an emotional eater and being mindful of that is probably the first step towards living a healthier lifestyle. High Vibe Eating is a new concept to me, but I intend to investigate it further, after reading Kim's book. One takeaway is that we should stop feeling so much guilt and work on being mindful about our eating. I love how the author intertwined recipes, personal stories, and instructions for getting started on your own journey towards High Vibe Eating. The Lemon-Blueberry Zucchini Bread recipe is speaking to me at the moment, so I'm definitely going to have to try that one! I highly recommend this book.

From the brilliantly written Foreword by Paula Obeid to the last pages featuring mouth-watering desserts, this book inspires you to get into the kitchen and prepare with joy! Kim Richardson’s down to earth approach and diverse choice of shared recipes enabled me to read the entire book in one setting! I’m looking forward to preparing a few of the recipes this week. Well done Ms. Richardson!

This is a great book to begin healthy eating. The recipes are not complicated, ingredients are easy to find & the ones I've tried so far are good. There are a few typos, but one can figure out what it's supposed to be.

Kim Richardson has brought to light and exciting new way to eat, cook and ENJOY FOOD!! High vibrational eating makes total sense and will change how you eat for good! The recipes are delicious, fresh and very do able!! Can you tell I am excited! This cookbook and lifestyle change is what I have been waiting for and you will feel the same! I am a Mind, Body, Spirt Coach and Energy Healer. I will be using this book a lot in my sessions and classes to help others create a lifestyle of healing, health and high vibration! Thank you Kim Richardson for this amazing work.

A wonderful straightforward recipe book that includes tons of alternatives for gluten-free, paleo, vegan, etc diets written by an author that truly finds joy in living and eating in a high vibration way. All the tips for raising one’s vibration are spot on and doable. The adaptions for comfort foods, like enchiladas and chicken pot pie, blend superbly with really unique novelty recipes, like spinach ice cream. Job well done Kim!
